We believe that children are amazing wonders created by God and that it is our mission to encourage them to explore and experience the world around them as we help them prepare to become lifelong learners. Our goal is to help children make discoveries about themselves and their world as we encourage them to develop and grow physically, socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually. By promoting and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons and activities, children have the opportunity to build their knowledge base and prepare for their future education.

Why is HSW's program 2 days for 3/4's and 3 days for Pre-K?
We are often approached about extending our program from three to five days. We believe our three day program is better for children. Preschool age children's minds and bodies are not ready for a strenuous program. Studies have shown that pushing children academically too soon can have a negative impact on their academic career.
Note: HSW also has three other assistant teachers who will guide your child towards a brighter future.
Our Core Values
We believe that education, especially of young children, must be fun in order to instill in them a love of learning and a curiosity to know more. Play should not be separate from learning. If children learn to create, play, and have fun, they will develop a strong foundation on which all future learning can be built. What an awesome responsibility we have to our future and the children who comprise it! HIS Small Wonders Preschool truly believes in the power of play through exploration, creativity, imagination, faith, and love. Encouraging children to reach as far as they can and dream as big as the sky, will build a strong foundation one brick at a time.
